I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and very well decorated, but unfortunately, unbearable to be in due to the excessive heat. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome drink and pet amenities available. While the location was excellent, making it convenient to the old town and accessible to the Auto-Strada, walking into town was quite challenging, being up the hill and about a 15-minute walk from the city center. The dining experience was delightful with typical and delicious options, but the facilities were lacking in some aspects.
